To exercise the right of withdrawal, send the return request using the appropriate form on the site in the "returns" section.

Follow these simple steps:

enter the order number that you find in the order confirmation email received during the purchase

enter the e-mail address used during the purchase

you will receive an email confirming the exercise of the withdrawal and the instructions to proceed with the return of the product. Remember to fill in the return form that you will find in the package together with the product

send the package with a forwarder of your choice with standard shipping to:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the request via the form before the withdrawal period expires (14 days).

If you withdraw, the payments you have made will be refunded, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from when A.F. Maglieria Alberini receives your return. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods will be at your expense.

The aforementioned refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. The reimbursement may be suspended until the goods are received in order to scrupulously verify the perfect conformity of the product with the delivery situation. You are responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods (1/2) and the direct costs of the return resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. The product must be returned in exactly the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unwashed, not modified in any way and equipped with all its tags and accessories.

If you want to receive the product again or make an exchange, you will need to place a new order.


If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please indicate this reason as the reason for the return during the online return request, to be carried out in the same way as described in the previous paragraphs. In this case, we ask you to contact our customer care address directly. You will be prompted to upload one or more images relating to the defect found and, if the defect is proven, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to proceed with the shipment.
